This is an established pond in the park in Somerton (not far from Yuma.)
I really don’t know much about how its managed or what the facility is like. I lived in Somerton for a short time a few decades ago, but I don’t recall ever visiting the park. Drop me a message and tell me what you know about it. I’ll update this post if your information is useful.
