FFS – I Fished Yesterday
I fished yesterday. My partner and I caught ten keepers. I never even turned on the electronics. We were about 5 pounds behind first place… did it matter. No. They were just better than we were.
Its a fact, that a paper graph is better than a flasher… except when it isn’t. For me its not about the advantage or not. Its the cost. I’ll doubt I’ll ever buy a $120,000 bass boat, and I don’t see myself spending $10,000 on a TV screen and a network for my boat. Unfortunately, its always been about the money. Since the very beginning of big organized bass tournaments. If it wasn’t we could still use minnows.
… and I have won tournaments/derbies that allowed live bait just using artificials myself.
