My First Fish Of 2023 (1/14)
Out in the middle…
… it came up off the bottom to hit a deep running crank bait.
I figured it was a three at first by length, but it was really fat. It might have been three and a half. My partner thought as fat as it was it might be four but we didn’t bother to weigh it. It’s a nice fish but it’s not a trophy.
My partner stuck a couple small bass and a couple small stripers but this is the only one I put in the boat.
